Dr Giri Kandath MBBS, MRCPsych, FRCPsych, FRANZCP is a consultant psychiatrist with over 40 years experience in psychiatry. He holds a wealth of international experience having worked in Ireland, New Zealand, Brunei and India, and has practiced as a Consultant Psychiatrist since 1981.

Dr Kandath has significantly contributed to clinical, academic and administrative psychiatry for over four decades.

He founded and developed the Contemporary Psychiatric Service in Brunei.

He holds an academic position at Bond University and has been an examiner of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists (RANZCP) for over a decade.
