Assessments (Psychology)
Working on your mental health involves getting a clear picture of the issues you're facing, and the treatment options for you to choose from. Our care plans summarise this for you. We work up a care plan through our online assessments, which include a mix of talking to your therapist and answering validated questionnaires. An assessment usually takes one to two consults, but occasionally can take longer.
Treatments
One size doesn't fit all - so we offer a wide range of online evidence-based treatment options. Although telehealth is a great treatment option for many, it isn't right for everyone. If that's the case for you we will help you to find and link up with the right services for your needs.
Referrals (Psychology)
You don't have to have a referral to see one of our psychologists if you are planning to self pay for your consults. If you're wanting to be eligible for a medicare rebate when you see our psychologists, you will need a Mental Healthcare Plan from your GP.
Other Referrals
You may not require referral from a GP to see some of our allied health team (Psychologists excluded), this will be discussed when booking your appointment.
