Kenny Craig
Chief Executive Officer
Kenny has held a variety of senior executive and directorate positions in the public and private health care sector. He has been fortunate during his career to have worked with many respected leaders and mentors who provided him with many leadership learning.
He leads by example and believes integrity and honesty are the cornerstone to effective leadership and to instil trust and build strong working relationships you need to communicate openly, often and effectively with staff.

He always strives to accelerate performance and believes to keep a business moving forward he must communicate the vision, develop the strategy and empower, inspire and motivate staff to execute that strategy.

Dr Michael Hagan
Director of Medical Services, Consultant Psychiatrist
Dr Michael Hagan is a Consultant Psychiatrist with a particular interest in adult, young adult and adolescent psychiatry. He has a broad interest in the care of patients with psychiatric conditions including PTSD and ADHD, and assisting in the management of acute and chronic mental health challenges.
Dr Hagan accepts appointments and referrals for individuals aged 13 and over.
Since 1993, he has practiced in both Queensland at Currumbin Clinic and Western Australia. Dr Hagan has been Director of Services for addiction and child and adolescent psychiatric services, and holds a Diploma of Obstetrics and Certificate in Child and Adolescence and is a member of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists (RANZCP). Throughout his career, he has also taken an active involvement in the education of medical students and trainee Psychiatrists.
In his capacity as Director of Medical Services at Robina Private Hospital, Dr Hagan has played a critical role in the ongoing development of the Hospital’s comprehensive range of private services and patient-centred care.

Heidi Smith
Administration Manager
Heidi joined Healthe Care in 2016 and was integral to the opening of Robina Private Hospital where she continues to manage and oversee all aspects of hospital administrational services in day surgery, day programs, front office, ward clerks and ward support and private practice. She provides health professional and executive support and input for Robina Private Hospital’s growth and services improvement.
Heidi has worked in the healthcare industry for nearly two decades, starting her career as a nurse in areas such as palliative, medical rehabilitation, general medical, surgical and general practice. She also holds a post graduate qualification in Health Services Management and has set up and managed several specialist clinics and is passionate about innovative and efficient practices, and procedures and digital transformation strategies.

Michelle joined Healthe Care in 2013 and supports the marketing, communications and media aspects of Robina Private Hospital.
