Binge Eating Disorder (BED) Event

On Thursday 21 October, Robina Private Hospital hosted an exclusive education event for health professionals in celebration of the hospital's newest Binge Eating Disorder (BED) Program.

Health professionals and specialists with an interest in eating disorders were invited to attend the interactive information session. To commence the event's proceedings guests enjoyed canapes on arrival which was shortly followed by presentations from guest speakers; Dr Kim Hurst, Dr Aimee Maxwell and Rachel Ivey.

Event attendees had the opportunity to discuss key areas of Robina Private Hospital's new Binge Eating Disorder Program and various topics surrounding mental health concerns associated with eating disorders with three of our specialised health professionals from Robina Private Hospital.

Presentations across the evening were well received by all with a stream of positive feedback and follow up questions regarding the Binge Eating Disorder Program.
