This 8-session program is designed to meet the needs of mature aged patients experiencing adjustment difficulties, anxiety and/or depression. The program is based on the principles of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and other strength-based therapies. It allows patients to review their life, both past and present, in a positive and supportive environment.

This 6-session program is based on the principle of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), accepting what is out of your personal control while committing to the action to enrich your life and make it more meaningful. Using mindfulness skills and clarity values, you will be taught to handle painful thoughts and feelings, while identifying what is truly important and meaningful.

This 18-session program is based on the principle of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), accepting what is out of your personal control while committing to the action to enrich your life and make it more meaningful. The Masterclass if intended for those who have completed the ACT Foundation course and are looking for more information and application of acceptance and commitment skills.

This 12-month program is based on Marsha Linehan’s Dialectical Behaviour Therapy Skills Group Program (DBT). The goals are to provide you with skills to help tolerate intense feelings and learn to manage self-harming behaviours building a life worth living. The 4 modules of Mindfulness, Distress Tolerance, Emotional Regulation, and Interpersonal Effectiveness are taught within the first 6 months of the program with the modules then repeated.
Introduction to Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT)
This 12-week program is based on Marsha Linehan’s Dialectical Behaviour Therapy Skills Group Program (DBT). The goal is to introduce you to the DBT skills, to help tolerate intense emotions and learn to manage self-harming behaviours. The 4 modules of Mindfulness, Distress Tolerance, Emotional Regulation, and Interpersonal Effectiveness are introduced. Participants should consider opting into the DBT 12-month program following completion.
The Masterclass Program is a 12-week program run on a monthly basis for graduates of the full 12-month DBT Program. The Program serves as an extension of the skills learnt within DBT including understanding theoretical components that form the foundation of DBT. Provides patients with skills support, theory and peer support from other graduates of the Program.
