Each session builds on the last, reinforcing consistency, accountability, and skill consolidation. Each session blends: Guided group discussion Shared lived experience Practical skill-building Simple reflective exercises Real-world application Regular breaks are built in to support focus, informal connection, and pacing. Much of the therapeutic value occurs through men sitting together, talking straight, and realising they are not alone.
