A practical, evidence-informed group program designed to help men run better under pressure. Facilitated by a health professional with extensive experience in men’s mental health. It provides structure, tools, accountability, and genuine connection between men - supporting momentum, protecting gains, and keeping men engaged with mental health in a way that works best for them.

Program content

A structured, evidence-informed group program supporting men’s mental health.

What you will experience

Each session builds on the last, reinforcing consistency, accountability, and skill consolidation. Each session blends: Guided group discussion Shared lived experience Practical skill-building Simple reflective exercises Real-world application Regular breaks are built in to support focus, informal connection, and pacing. Much of the therapeutic value occurs through men sitting together, talking straight, and realising they are not alone.

Challenging unhelpful “man rules” that add pressure

Managing emotions without suppressing or losing control

Testing more effective ways of responding when things aren’t going well. Replacing short-term coping with strategies that support long-term wellbeing.

Using sleep, movement, routine, and connection as mental health tools Strengthening connection with mates, family, and supports.

How much dose it cost?

Patients are admitted as a day patient and as such can claim their attendance via their health fund or choose to self-fund. We ask that patient’s confirm any applicable out of pocket or gap costs directly with Robina Private.

When does this treatment start, and how long does it take?

8 weekly sessions - Wednesday 9:00am – 12:30pm
