The ADHD Mastery Group is a practical, performance focused program for adults who have completed foundational ADHD treatment and want to improve follow through, self-control, and reliability in daily life. The ADHD Mastery Group is an 8-week structured day program designed to strengthen executive functioning in adults with ADHD. Rather than focusing solely on insight or education, the program emphasises real world performance.

This program may be suitable for you if:

  • Understand their diagnosis but still struggle with implementation
  • Experience impulsivity, inconsistency, or motivation swings
  • Know what they should do but find it difficult to do it at the right time
  • Struggle with follow through at work, in relationships, or with health routines
  • Want practical tools rather than education alone

Program content

The program applies evidence informed executive function principles in practical, real-world language.

What you will experience

Designed to strengthen executive functioning in adults with ADHD. Rather than focusing solely on insight or education, the program emphasises real world performance. Participants learn practical strategies to improve follow through, reduce impulsive behaviour, and build systems that remain effective under stress. Sessions combine guided discussion, skill building, and in session application across work, relationships and health.

A referral from an admitting Psychiatrist is required to access Robina mental health day programs. If required, a mental health assessment will be arranged prior to commencing a program. If you would like more information please don’t hesitate to contact us. How much dose it cost?

Participants are admitted as a day patient and as such, can claim attendance via their health fund or Workers Compensation. We ask that participants confirm any applicable out of pocket or gap costs directly with Robina Private Hospital.

When does this treatment start, and how long does it take?

8 weekly sessions Wednesday 9:00am – 12:30pm
