The ADHD Mastery Group is a practical, performance focused program for adults who have completed foundational ADHD treatment and want to improve follow through, self-control, and reliability in daily life. The ADHD Mastery Group is an 8-week structured day program designed to strengthen executive functioning in adults with ADHD. Rather than focusing solely on insight or education, the program emphasises real world performance.

Sessions combine guided discussion, skill building, and in session application across work, relationships and health.

A referral from an admitting Psychiatrist is required to access Robina mental health day programs. If required, a mental health assessment will be arranged prior to commencing a program.
