Our dedicated 15 bed rehabilitation unit provides specialist rehabilitation for people experiencing conditions such as stroke, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson’s disease, traumatic brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, orthopaedic conditions ( including fractures and joint replacements) and much more.

Rehabilitation

Our experienced team of allied health professionals includes physiotherapy, occupational therapy, speech pathology, dietitians, social workers and allied health assistants.

The team work together, alongside our Rehabilitation Physician to provide an extensive and patient focused rehabilitation programme focusing on regaining independence and helping our patients achieve the goals they have set.

Our team works with a wide variety of patients with conditions including (but not limited too);

  • Stroke
  • Parkinson’s disease
  • Multiple sclerosis
  • Guillain-Barré syndrome (GBS)
  • Traumatic brain injuries
  • Spinal cord injuries
  • Other neurological conditions

Specialising in fast and slow stream rehabilitation, our hospital provides a holistic approach with qualified and experienced staff responsible for the care and rehabilitation of patients.

All patients are assessed prior to admission by an experienced rehabilitation assessor to identify and set achievable rehabilitation goals.
