Heidi joined Aurora Healthcare in 2016 at the opening stages of Robina Private Hospital. With a background in nursing and health management qualifications, Heidi previously held the position of Chief Operating Officer. She has been involved in hospital commissioning and Aurora service development and innovative projects.
As hospital CEO, Heidi is responsible for doctor engagement, managing day-to-day operations and overseeing clinical governance, while leading strategic initiatives for continued growth and quality patient care.
