Referral process for outpatient appointments/private practice
- As the referring GP/Practitioner please address the referral to a particular Robina Private specialist.
- If the addressed specialist does not have capacity to facilitate the referral or you request an urgent appointment, we will reallocate your referral to a consultant psychiatrist who has the capacity and is the next best suited, taking into consideration the context and nature of the referral.
- Once allocated, the doctor's receptionist will contact the patient to offer an appointment.
