Programs

The journey from adolescence to adulthood is filled with significant changes and challenges. Our programs recognise the importance of this period and offers a safe, supportive environment where young adults can explore their emotions, develop essential coping skills, and embark on a transformative journey towards mental wellness and personal growth.

Inpatient programs

  • Distress Tolerance from the Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) course: This two week specialist program covers mindfulness and distress tolerance skills to help provide skills and tools to help survive a crisis.
  • Mood and Anxiety Program: This three week program provides an introduction to Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and helps patients understand their thoughts, feelings and behaviours as they develop tools for coping.
  • Eating Disorder Inpatient Program: A dedicated 10 bed unit provides round-the-clock care ideal for medical monitoring, renourishment and comprehensive support. Visit here for more details.

Outpatient Programs

  • Young Adult Dialectical Behaviour Therapy Program: a 12 week skills based program providing young people with both knowledge and skills to tolerate intense feelings and decrease unhelpful behaviours. 
  • Eating Disorders Program for Adolescents and Adults: The purpose of the program is to provide intensive treatment over a short period of time helping patients get back on track, challenging unhelpful thinking and eating disorder behaviours, and enable a return to health and functioning. 
  •  Binge Eating Disorder Program for Adolescents and Adults: This 12 week day program is suitable for anyone over the age of 16, with a diagnosis of Binge Eating Disorder (BED), to assist in the development of skills and increase awareness of the maintaining factors for Binge Eating and associated behaviours and symptoms.   • CBT for ADHD: This 8-week program aims for individuals to learn practical CBT based skills that help change behaviour and thought patterns associated with ADHD. The program provides practical skills to assist with symptoms of ADHD such as difficulties with concentration, attention and impulse control. 
  • Project Art Group: This 8-week program requires no artistic skills or abilities but is suitable for all participants that would like to explore art making and creative expressions.
