Jonathon Hespe

Jonathon is an Accredited Practising Dietitian and Nutritionist (APD) who graduated with a Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics from Griffith University on the Gold Coast. Additionally Jonathon is a credentialed eating disorder clinician CEDC-D. Jonathon loves supporting people with finding their strength and empowering them to lead their happiest lives. Jonathon’s passion for helping people comes from a powerful behaviour change approach and motivational interviewing style. His determination for supporting people to maintain a positive relationship with food is driven by fostering a safe space for healing and re-connecting with food, mind and body.

Through his work so far, Jonathon has strived to provide care with compassion and understanding. His aim has been to empower clients to actively be involved in their healthcare, working in alignment with them as well as their healthcare team. Jono has an interest in helping people with disordered eating, eating disorders, and gut health, supporting both young adults and adolescence. He has completed specialist Eating Disorder training, including the InsideOut Institute training for dietitians working in Eating Disorders and the EDRDPro Binge Eating Treatment for Dietitians course.
