Marie-Nella joined Aurora Healthcare in 2018 as a member of the administration team. This allowed her to gain sound knowledge of the hospital operations. Firstly appointed to Executive Assistant as a maternity leave cover at Currumbin Clinic, she transferred to Robina Private Hospital in 2021.
As Executive Assistant, Marie-Nella liaises with staff, doctors, managers and executives on a daily basis regarding Human Resources, credentialing, hospital communication and events.
