Dr Taylor is an Orthopaedic Surgeon specialising in upper limb surgery.
Dr Taylor graduated from the University of Otago, New Zealand with a Bachelor of Medicine and a Bachelor of Surgery in 2000. He completed his Orthopaedic training in New Zealand and was awarded Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons (FRACS) in 2010.
He continued sub specialty training, completing the Brisbane Hand and Upper Limb Fellowship with the Princess Alexandra Hospital and the Brisbane Hand and Upper Limb Research Institute.
Dr Taylor is a member of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons, Australian Orthopaedic Association, New Zealand Shoulder and Elbow Society, Australian Hand Surgery Society, Queensland Hand Surgery Society and the Queensland Shoulder Society.
Dr Taylor continues to be committed and involved in the training of international fellows, junior doctors and medical students at Gold Coast University and Robina Hospitals.
His commitment to attending international conferences and clinical visits enables him to provide patients with improved care through advanced treatment methods.
Dr Taylor is Staff Specialist at Gold Coast University and Robina Hospitals.
He welcomes patients regarding all upper limb orthopaedic conditions and provides both open and arthroscopic options.
